We are a small, independent publishing company that publishes and sells quality paperback books and eBooks. We originally published Canadian history eBooks, and romance eBooks with plus-size heroines under the imprint, Real Romances, (now defunct).

About Our Books:
Our books are currently available as PDF eBooks, with the exception of Tales From The Heart, that is available in paperback & eBook format. Blackfriars Publications has recently partnered with CafePress.com in order to bring you quality paperback books that will soon be available in our online bookshop. In the meantime, check out four NEW eBook titles below.

Our publishing schedule is currently full, therefore we are not seeking new manuscripts at this time. Thank you for your interest in our graphics department, but we are not hiring graphic artists, as we have our own in-house designers.

One of Zebra Books top romance authors, Donna Simpson originally wrote romance eBooks for us under the pen-name: Charlotte Bennett. Her eBooks sold very well, so we are re-vamping those titles, and re-publishing them under her full name: Donna Lea Simpson.

We have also published two other books by Ms. Simpson that we know you'll enjoy. 'Absentee Heart', a Regency romance, was her first romance novel that was originally published in 1998 by a small NY publisher. 'Trail Of Keys' is Simpson's first murder mystery, and we're proud to be the first to publish it.
